A fantastic martial arts training course that focuses on building 5-8 yrs (Friday 16.00-16.45) and 8-12 yrs (Friday 17.00-18.00) capabilities; physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. We are confident in what our program can do for your child. Children this age are in a unique growth period in their life. They are refined in their gross motor skills, while establishing a foundation in basic fundamental skills. These basic fundamental skills include: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness, and coordination. £20.00 for 4 week beginners course. Please call for more details.
