Volunteer today to become a School Governor! Governors come from all sections of the community and almost anyone who is over 18 can apply (there are a few exceptions outlined at the end of the application form). All we ask is that you:
- have the passion to help and support our children and young people in Southend
- have an interest in giving back to the community
- are willing to learn new skills and attend necessary training (we have a training package to fully support all governors)
- have the time to commit to a school (meetings will vary depending on the school)
