Description

Health & Wellbeing sessions for everyone

We are a ‘not for profit’ service in Southend.

We work with the community and partner organisations to deliver sessions to;

  • children
  • young people
  • families
  • adults
  • older people

We make sure our service is needs led, accessible and affordable to all.

Our sessions complement and support other services. This avoids duplicating resources.

Sessions are in partnership with Healthy Schools, Local Authority.

Activities range from;

  • Fun fitness for children
  • Yoga
  • Seated exercise
  • Aerobics
  • Legs, Bums & Tums
  • Dance Fit / Zumba
  • Hula
  • Nordic walking
  • Life skills advice for adults.
  • So much more!

Mums, Children, and Adults aged up to 95 take part in our classes.

We have sessions for Carers.

This includes;

  • Respite
  • A chance to stay active
  • A chance to socialise.

Disability groups have access to trained professionals. There are pathways to join other health or sports clubs e.g. the NHS and Active Essex.
