ASC is a private therapy service for children, adults and families.
At ASC we aim to provide the highest standards of care within a safe and positive environment. We are passionate in supporting people to achieve their maximum potential, to feel heard, valued and understood.
We can support you with everyday challenges such as low self esteem, assertiveness and confidence building, through moderate difficulties such as relationship and sexual issues to more severe presentations such as trauma and addiction. We provide group psycho-education for behavioural concerns such as anger management and personal development.

Life Skills
For Young People with Social Challenges such as:
-
ASD / Asperger Syndrome
-
Learning Disability
- Anxiety
Our Life Skills work takes therapy out of the clinic and into the outside world. In small groups (4 to 8 young people) we encourage engagement in practical everyday tasks, for example:
- Shopping
- Cooking
- Eating out
- Using public transport
- Visiting the gym / sports facilities
- Visiting the bank
- Exploring Nature
- Meeting Animals
We aim to build confidence, capability and autonomy, whilst equipping Young People with valuable skills that will support them in gaining increased independence.
This is a ‘rolling’ 8 week program so the course can be joined at any time.
Therapists and Support staff are fully CRB checked.
