We are working to help coordinate counselling and therapeutic services and improve the quality of counselling and related therapy in Southend and surrounding areas.
We have meetings every two months on Mondays 4-5.30pm where members of different counselling services attend. These take place either virtually or in person at Leigh Community Centre. Please contact us to attend
We also produce a regular newsletter and run an annual Mental Health event as part of Mental Health Awareness Week in the month of May.
