I am a Reiki Master and Mindfulness Teacher/Practitioner. I have run weekly Mindfulness sessions for adults and held Mindfulness classes in schools. I offer individual Mindfulness classes, intensive courses or Mindfulness classes in a group, school or business setting. I also offer Reiki or Hopi Ear candling treatments.
Kokoro's translates from Japanese as a way of life, incorporating the mind (mentality) and heart. The meaning also incorporates the heart of a community. I find the meanings behind this word fits with the concept of the treatments I offer.
