- Description

Sharing or reusing needles can cause serious problems for users, increasing the risk of infections and of the transmission of blood-borne viruses such as HIV and Hepatitis.
Needle and Syringe Provision is available to allow users to get clean needles and syringes and to dispose of used needles safely. The service is free, confidential and non-judgmental, and staff are able to offer advice around safer injecting practices. Staff will also be able to help in getting support to address drug use.
