Creative Arts Therapy for children, teens and adults.
Sometimes finding the words to express how we feel is difficult creative arts therapy provides the oppurtunity to put feelings outside of ourselves freeing us up from the idea of finding the "right" word. By creating an image, working with the sand tray figures, or using puppets we can engage with our thoughts in a different way and gain a new perspective.
Play is the natural means of expression for children and life experience can be explored with teens through their favourtie songs, celebrities they admire or movies.
Creative Therapy is a means to help find your voice, express the difficult and change your perspective.
I offer an introductory, no commitment, 30 minute session as a taster to see if I, and this therapy could really work for you.
