South East Essex type 1 Diabetes UK Family Group was established in 2016 by a handful of amazing volunteers. The aim of the group is to bring all those affected by type 1 Diabetes together, in order for them to share their stories, make friends, have a good time and, of course, support each other along their type 1 journeys.
The team regularly organise and hold events that are attended by type 1 families. If you would like to come along to an event, join the group or just want to learn more, check out the group's Facebook page.
The group is a charitable organisation and is officially affiliated with Diabetes UK.
