Description

Gentle meditation transmitted by qualified meditation teacher with over 20 years experience teaching meditation to small groups, Sarah is also a Mental Health First Aid Trainer and a Recovery Coach. Join her to learn the ancient Esoteric Buddhist practices which can take you into a deep place of stillness, help your body to renew and relax using the three mysteries of Mudra (simple hand gesture) Mantra (Chanting silently) and guided visualisation.

The class is online via zoom, so you can find a comfortable space in your own home to practice. 

There is no need to be Buddhist, all religious backgrounds and none are welcome to join.

Please note we currently can only accept over 18s.
