Revitalise is a national charity providing respite holidays to disabled people and carers.
Revitalise has three fully accessible holiday centres across the UK, in Southampton, Southport and Essex. Revitalise offers accessible excursions, live entertainment, daily in-house activities, 24h on-call nurse-led care, fully accessible facilities and full board.
Our guests range in age from 18 with no upper age limit and we cater to over 150 different impairments.
Revitalise also provides financial assistance in the form of the Revitalise Support Fund, to ensure that no one going through financial hardship is denied a much-needed respite holiday.
