Our Supported Housing provides is for those with a diagnosed mental health condition who struggle to live independently. We offer a range of housing support solutions for adults with mental health needs from low support community housing needs to higher levels of support needs. All of our Housing support services offer person centred planning with the aim to support people to have greater independence and living skills improved mental health and to move on to sustainable tenancies.
