- Description

Neurodivergent Safe Space is a free community support group for Neurodivergent (Autistic/PDA/ADHD) teens and young adults (aged 13 to 21 years) who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
We are a very relaxed group where ND teens and young adults can relax, be themselves, and hang out with each other.
We run activities every week. We have access to an Xbox, Wii and a pool table. We also go on trips.
Our clubs:
- Saturday sessions for 13 to 15 year olds: meets every Saturday 10am to 12pm
- Peaceful Club for 16 to 21 year olds: meets every Monday 12pm to 2pm. This is the same as our Friday club, but is for those who struggle with loud environments
- Friday sessions for 16 to 21 year olds: meets every Friday 12pm to 2.30pm
