Yoga4all - SEND events and activities

Yoga4all offers yoga classes for special needs, children, adults and elderly. We offer chair yoga and floor yoga for all ages and abilities. Incorporating yoga poses to help improve strength and flexibility as well as relaxation and meditation techniques to promote a feeling of calm and inner peace.

We also offer complementary therapies (aromatherapy, reflexology and massage) and are available to come into care homes, day centres or home visits for therapies and yoga on a one to one or in a group.

We run regular classes at Leigh on sea community centre but are open to starting more classes in different venues.

we are also available to visit day centres and school and offer one to one sessions.

We offer yoga and complementary therapies for special needs and are available to come into centres, school and homes. 

Yoga can be offered on a one to one basis or in a small group and can be floor or chair based depending on the ability of the participants.
