This group aims to create a friendly, safe space for people to come together singing along to songs from any genre, using the therapeutic elements of music to boost the mood, self-esteem, confidence, as well as creating a platform to communicate and socialise with peers and get some respite from overwhelming thoughts and feelings, using music and lyrics from famous songs to foster self-expression, acceptance and resilience.

Being able to sing in tune is NOT a requirement, you can come along and sing your heart out as no one will be put on the spot and asked to perform on their own, it's a group session; no one is forced to sing loud either, you can hum along or just tap your foot to the rhythm - it all counts!
