Sibs exists to support people who grow up with or have grown up with a disabled brother or sister. It is the only UK charity representing the needs of over half a million young siblings and over one and a half million adult siblings.

Online and telephone support service available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Support group for adult siblings of autistic people:
If you are an adult who has an autistic brother or sister you can join the online peer support group sessions. Sessions are led by a trained Sibs volunteer and provide an opportunity to meet others who just "get" what sibling life is like.
Sessions run from 7pm to 8.30pm on the following dates:
- 13 February 2025: Being a sibling versus being a carer
- 9 April 2025: Money (mis)management
- 10 June 2025: What if your brother/sister doesn't want support?
- 4 August 2025: Reciprocity
- 7 October 2025: Supporting romantic relationships
- 3 December 2025: Setting boundaries
