It is important for parents and carers to look after themselves, so they can look after their families.
This is why we introduced 'Wellbeing Tuesdays'. From counselling sessions to Zumba classes, we have a variety of different wellbeing options on offer for our registered families.
These sessions are aimed at adults only and booking may be required.

All of our sessions in the hub are free of charge to attend for families.
The only time we may ask for a small contribution is for external activities, but we try to keep these as minimal as possible to ensure all of our registered families can benefit.
