- take part in weekly online support groups where you can learn more about autism, ask questions, and hear the experiences of other people

Who is it for?
- young people aged 12 to 25 who have just received a diagnosis of autism or are going through the process of diagnosis
- the families of those young people
The service was co-produced by families from Southend, Essex and Thurrock who have lived experience of autism. We worked with young people and their parents/carers to plan every aspect of the service.
The information we provide is split into a range of bite-size topics chosen by the families in our steering groups. It was written by experts with their own lived experience of autism.
