Phab Life is a charity that provides opportunities for people with disabilities. We are affiliated with the national charity Phab, but focus more on work experience.
Our mission is to expand meaningful work and social opportunities for people with additional needs within the local community.
We provide supported volunteering, inclusive employment training, outreach opportunities and social clubs.
Key services:
- The Phabulous Cafe - a training centre for people with disabilities. It provides people with the opportunity to gain experience and confidence in a supportive setting. Trainees and volunteers learn a variety of practical and social skills.
- The Phab Shop - the main mission of the shop is to provide volunteering opportunities for people with disabilities and mental health difficulties.

The Phabulous Cafe is open Monday to Wednesday 9am to 3.30pm and Thursday to Saturday 9am to 4.30pm.
The Phab Shop is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Clubs run from The Phabulous Cafe between 6.30pm to 8.30pm:
