SNAP (Special Needs And Parents) Search SNAP on the Livewell Southend Directory - SNAP is an Essex charity for families with children and young people who have special needs and disabilities. SNAP's aims are to inform, encourage and support parents, allowing them to grow in strength and knowledge so they are better equipped to give the best possible help to their children

Little Heroes ASD provides a drop in service for parents and families of children with autism on a regular monthly basis via the sessions at
