An Occupational Therapist (OT) will visit you to assess your needs and to see if you qualify for equipment or support. If you are leaving hospital, this should be arranged for you.

Your GP can refer you to the service, or call Southend Care and Support Service on 01702 215008.

If you qualify, we will loan equipment to you.

If you wish to buy your own equipment, our OT can give you advice.

You could also visit our Southend Independent Living website to find out what would suit you best and where to get it.
