Anyone with an interest in SEND can now look at data and figures relating to Southend SEND services thanks to a handy tool that has been developed.

The council’s Operational Performance and Intelligence Team has created a way of bringing various measures into one place, so the performance of Southend can be compared with other local authorities and England.

It includes mainly published data, and has the latest figures for 2022 which are live in the tool, with some further updates on education to come in the new year.
