Southend Adult Community College
SACC offers a wide range of high quality part-time courses and training for adults and young people, striving to meet the needs of both individual learners and local employers. Please call for more information about courses, qualifications and funding available. Other sites are based at Belfairs Academy and The Westcliff Centre of Southend Adult Community College provides purpose built premises for learners with profound and multiple physical and learning disabilities.
The College also offers free "Whatever Together" courses for children aged 7-13 and their parents/carers to take part in various short courses together - anything from Yoga to soap making! Courses are held at the Southchurch Centre or Belfairs School and start every September, January and April. Please call 01702 445700 to find out more and to book. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
