Aiming High for Short Breaks (After School Activities and Holiday Clubs)
Who to contact
Service for children with disabilities 0-19 years - is there a club or activity you would like to take part in outside of school or during the holidays? This new service from Aiming High for Short Breaks will enable children and young people with disabilities to access existing after school activities and holiday clubs with one to one support from a healthcare assistant for a period of 6-8 weeks. Home based activities are also possible. This opportunity is available to all children and young people with disabilities, although priority will be given to those children with the most severe disabilities who would otherwise find it hard to access these activities.
