Aiming High for Short Breaks (After School Activities and Holiday Clubs)
Is there a club or activity you would like to take part? It can be outside of school or during the holidays.
This service is for children and young people with disabilities. It helps them access after school activities and holiday clubs. They will get one to one support from a healthcare assistant for a period of 6-8 weeks. Home based activities are also possible.
This is available to all children and young people with disabilities. Priority will be given to those children with the most severe disabilities who find it hard to access these activities.
Contact Dee Quy (Specialist School Nurse) on 01702 507102 or 07779 289240.
