Our range of social events include coffee mornings, movie nights, themed dinners and live music, with all our customers welcome to join or even start their own club or event.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the scheme are three superstores, with a nearby GP surgery and cash points along the main road. Opposite Churchgate you can catch a bus that will take you into the town centre, with a railway station two miles away, for excellent transport links. The rear paved garden features flower beds and hanging baskets, so you can enjoy the outdoor space.

I’ve applied for a property at Churchgate, so what happens next?
We allocate our properties on a first come first served basis. If your expression of interest is successful, we will contact you and ask you to provide more details about you/your household as part of the allocation process.
You application will be assessed and you will be informed you of the outcome. If approved, the scheme staff will be in contact to make the necessary arrangements for you to view the property. Staff will also at this point provide you with their details to enable you to contact them throughout the application process.
At present due to Covid 19 we are taking all the necessary safety precautions to limit risk and so at any viewing as a minimum you will be required to wear a mask, and we ask only the applicant/s to attend the property. Scheme staff may discuss more specific safety needs when arranging the time and date for you to view.
- When is it on
8am to 2pm Monday to Friday
- The weekly rent on each property is slightly different depending on size. Aside from them basic rent, there is also a service charge covering areas such as gardening, window cleaning, staff costs. Will accept people on Housing Benefit, Universal Credit etc, and will work with you to help set up any new benefit claims. No deposit is required however, we will require at least one weeks rent in advance of your new tenancy starting.
