The Work Skills project is part of A Better Start Southend, a Lottery-funded program supporting parents and carers of under-4's in 6 wards of Southend (Westborough, Milton, Victoria, Kursaal, Shoebury and West Shoebury).

We run free events to help people find work, training and volunteering roles. Usually we run in-person events but throughout the pandemic we are running all of our sessions online.
