So! How do you go about accessing a treatment that will only cost a £1 donation for each group you attend?

Covid 19 update:
Due to CV19 the Stress Management &Relaxation Group has been suspended until further notice.
Howver,We hope to off a bookable one to one appointment for 20 minute treatments.This will includethe following:
- Ear Acupuncture followed by take home ear seeds.
- 10 minute meditation/ Breathing techniques
- Essential oils to help you relax.
CV19 Assessment: This will be carried out over the phone with Iwona.If you are assessed as a high risk through Screened health concerns ,a decision will be made to offer a treatment or not.
24 hours post treatment.If you show any signs or symptoms of CV 19 you must notify my self or Iwona and the Local Authority CV 19 Team.
We hope to see you in clinic at St Luke’s .

There will as always be a strong emphasis on practicing your breathing at home.
