  • Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT)
  • Anglian Community Enterprise (ACE)
  • Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT)

Eligibility criteria: Must be Age 18 and above registered with GP in South Essex area. Have a Learning disability (IQ of 70 or below - additional impairment of social functioning)

 Referrals: Open referral system in person, phone or in writing
