Alleyn Court Preparatory School was owned and run by the Wilcox family for 111 years. The family gifted the school to a charitable trust in 2015. 

The school was in Westcliff but moved to Thorpe Bay in 1993. The Westcliff Pre-Prep is in one of the school’s original buildings in Imperial Avenue.

We have 14 acres of woodland and playing fields. We have our own large pond and historic walled garden. We enjoy a secluded and peaceful environment which lends itself perfectly to our experiential curriculum. 

It is the perfect environment in which to grow, learn and work.
