The Anxiety Society is a safe and friendly group open to anyone that is struggling with Anxiety, depression or mental health condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed) and anyone caring for people with these conditions.

We are a peer support group and we aim to help each other through challenging times, however big or small those challenges might be and combat the isolation these feelings can cause. Everybody in the group is, or has been through what you are feeling, or is supporting partners, family members or their children. Our community supports one another through lived experiences, meeting up, arts and crafts, socialising, 1:1s and online through our Facebook page and messenger groups. We hope to be able to signpost you to professionals that may be able to help you and sometimes get those professionals in to our meet ups to support.

Most importantly we want you to know - You are not alone.

We meet several times a week during the day and twice a month in the evenings. Please email us or find us on facebook for up to date schedules of events.
