We are passionate about our mental and emotional support.
We are a private therapy service for young people and their families.
We give support such as:
- Low self-esteem,
- Assertiveness,
- Confidence building,
- Relationship issues,
- Sexual issues,
- Identity issues,
- Eating disorders,
- Self-harm.
We offer group and 1:1 psychoeducation for behavioural concerns such as
- Anger management,
- ADHD.
