Learn the art of Infant Massage through the unique I.A.I.M programme which supports the health and well being of parent and baby through nurturing touch.

5 week course of 2 hour sessions giving time to relax and chat over relevant parenting topics to encourage and support each other. Baby led groups so that you can relax and meet the needs of your baby in a informal setting.

Groups tailored to meet specific needs such as Foster carer groups, NCT groups, babies with additional needs and premature babies, dads welcome.

One to One sessions available in the comfort of your own home.
