Rated 0 out of 5 (2 reviews)Staff are horrible! (July 2014)
The staff in these units are awful people, too busy smoking outside to notice the amount of "mothers" doing drugs in the house and causing drama. They'll use absolutely ANY excuse against you to call social services and will make it very difficult for you to move out. Overall, your better off just private renting because both units are dirty, filled with terrible staff and did I mention you aren't allowed any one to visit?
Review for Boston Avenue
I was happy to be offered accomodation at the teenage parent hostel as i was homeless.
I strted off with their floating support service, then continued with my support when i moved into the hostel.
Although my room was small it was clean and i had my own bathroom. I think it would be difficult if i had had an older baby due to the space.
The rest of the building was equipeed with what i needed for day to day life.
The support i have recieved from all staff was very good and i am now being supported to move on.
