Applications for Main Access Grants opened on Monday 14 April 2025 and will close at midnight on Sunday 18 May 2025. Visit the SEND Local Offer for more information.
Community Access Grants (for families)
Applications for Community Access Grants (for families) were due to open on Monday 28 April 2025.
This year we are using the My Southend Platform for parent/carers to apply for a Community Access Grant. This online process allows families to track the progress of their application. We are carrying out final testing to ensure the system is robust and user friendly. As a result of these additional checks the grant opening date is slightly delayed.
Community Access Grants (for families) will now open on Friday 2 May 2025 and close on Thursday 5 June 2025.
