Supported accommodation

Supported accommodation is usually provided for people who need some support to develop independent living skills.

Most people live in supported accommodation for a short or medium term with varying levels of support provided to suit their individual needs.

This accommodation will either have staff that visit, or staff that remain on site, to support you to look after your accommodation and any other needs you may have.

Supported accommodation is provided to meet assessed needs, so please talk with your social work practitioner or make a referral on our portal, which is the quickest and easiest way to make a referral for yourself or the person you care for. If you don't have access to the internet, you can call our Contact Centre on 01702 215008.
