Established in 1984, Manor Rest Home offers care for the elderly, those living with dementia and those living with mental health problems. Registered for 19, we feel that it is not too small to feel lonely but not too large to get lost in. The Home is a founder member of the Essex Relatives and Residents Association and a member of the Cinnamon Trust. We have pets, two cats, a budgie,a goldfish and a visting dog, and we welcome relative's and resident's pets whenever possible.
Manor Rest Home is ideally located in a pleasant tree lined side road only two minutes walk from the seafront, shops and the local pub. Likewise the railway station and bus stop are just at the top of the road. The home has an open policy on visiting by family and friends so that they can feel free to pop in any time.
