Cost description

The weekly rent on each property is slightly different depending on size. Aside from them basic rent, there is also a service charge covering areas such as gardening, window cleaning, staff costs. Will accept people on Housing Benefit, Universal Credit etc, and will work with you to help set up any new benefit claims. No deposit is required however, we will require at least one weeks rent in advance of your new tenancy starting.
