Lancaster school is an Academy special school and part of the Multi-Academy Trust - SEN Trust Southend. All our pupils require an Education, Health and Care plan and admission is through agreement with the SEN department of the Local Authority after statutory assessment. It has a place number of up to 85 students, aged 14-19 years who have a range of complex needs, including neurological impairments, complex physical and medical difficulties, severe learning difficulties (SLD) and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD).
