The college has 3 activity centres.

• The main site, Southchurch Centre, Southend
• Belfairs Centre, Leigh-on-Sea. A modern facility located at the front of Belfairs High School
• Westcliff Specialist Centre, Westcliff. A specialist centre for young adults with complex and profound learning difficulties and disabilities

Fees for most courses apply, discounts available for those on income-based benefits, over 60 year olds and 16-18 year olds. Other sources of funding may be available.
