We are a new micro-enterprise partnered with Essex county council providing 1-1 support and 2-1/3-1 group support.
We aim to support SEN children and young adults develop their friendship groups, beyond the school/college walls, creating the foundations for life long friendship circles into adulthood.
Our goal, through our development coaches, is to prepare you with the fundamental life skills to be a confident and happy member of your community.
We can support you with a variety of community development needs such as:
- job placement / CV creation / interview preparation
- travel training
- accessing sports clubs
- food shopping
- knowledge of facilities in your community
- eating out in restaurants
- introduction to youth clubs
- accessing hairdressers/barbers
- accessing beauticians
- introduction to the gym
- support for doctors / dentist appointments as well as hospital trips
- support with finances / banks / post offices
- introduction to volunteering opportunities
- access / support to rural/green areas
- support to access nights outs
- support to travel to London
- support on holidays / trips away
Personal development is of course individual to each of our members so we will create a bespoke support plan with each person.

We offer 3 different services:
- 1 to1 support at £19 per hour
- 2 to 1 support is £25 per hour (£12.50 per student per hour)
- 3 to 1 support is £30 per hour (£10 per student per hour)
