The All Age Autism Outreach Service (AOS) specialises in providing support for autistic individuals, and professional consultation and training for those working alongside them. The team offer person-centred support for autistic individuals and those awaiting an autism assessment. We are a multi-disciplinary team which includes members whose personal experience of living with autism enables them to offer Peer Support.
What we do:
- Meet with the individuals, and where appropriate their family, to complete a person-centred assessment and develop a co-produced personalised plan to ensure support is tailored to an individual's needs.
- Intervention and support offered between 3 to 12 months.
- Core operating service 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday.
- Consultation for professionals requiring support to adapt the delivery of their work to support autistic individuals.
- Champion the insight and strengths of people with lived experience and their families.
- Support and help services to develop an awareness, and acceptance, of the needs of autistic people.

Who can be referred:
- requests for support can be made for autistic individuals and those on the neurodevelopmental pathway awaiting assessment/diagnosis.
The service is unable to offer support to individuals with a learning disability whose needs can be best met by another service.
