Support for all children and young people at school
All children and young people can expect to have support for their needs in school. This is called `High-Quality Teaching`, or `Quality First Teaching`.
This level is called `Universal Support`. It means that the day-to-day support provided is inclusive to meet the needs of each child and young person.
You can see what this looks like on page 5 of Southend's `A Graduated Response` to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
