Annual review and EHCNA process surveys
Parent carers who have gone through the Education Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) process are invited to share their experience.
We also want feedback about annual reviews of Education Health and Care Plans from:
- parent carers and;
- children and young people
Complete the children and young persons annual review survey
